All photos commissioned and paid in full include "unlimited usage rights," defined as web and print, promotion or merchandising, in perpetuity by the commissioner, unless otherwise indicated in writing. "Unlimited usage rights" are not "exclusive rights" to the photos, and do not mean that the commissioner may sell the the photos to a third party without the written consent of the copyright holder. Amber Buchanan retains the copyright for all photos unless otherwise indicated in writing. If you are looking for a copyright transfer on any photo or set of photos, please contact Amber Buchanan directly to negotiate transfer

All prices are based on locations within 10 miles of Oakland, CA. If travel outside of this area is required, clients can make mutually agreed upon travel arrangements at their own expense or pre-pay travel fee of $1.50 per mile.

Payment is required in full before work will be released.

All photos are delivered in high-res jpeg format but RAW format is available upon request for no additional charge provided the request is made before final delivery of the product.

LIVE MUSIC PHOTOGRAPHY
Live show packages include unlimited usage rights for your choice of 10 edited photos from any of the photos taken and packages can be built for a single band or the entire lineup. Pricing depends on the size of the venue & photographer accessibility and starts at $250 for a 10 photo package. Additional photos available at $25/photo.
